Technologies
Microneedle RF-lifting
For RF microneedling, particularly thin gold-plated needles are used, the diameter of which is measured in microns. Immersed in the skin to a depth of up to 3.5 mm, they act as electrodes. For Focus Dual, non-insulated and insulated multi-needle tips are available. In the first case, the entire surface of the needles becomes a conductor of radiofrequency energy, coagulation columns are formed, in the second - only the tips, the RF effect is targeted and localized. Thanks to the vacuum, the depth is maintained clearly and without errors. The needles stimulate the activity of fibroblasts, start the processes of collagen and elastin renewal in the dermis, which helps to improve the quality of the skin. The use of non-insulated needles involves both the dermis and the epidermis in the processes of active regeneration.
HIFU therapy
The second function of Focus Dual is a facelift using high-intensity focused ultrasound. The Focus Dual device is available with classic linear cartridges that form a line of coagulation points at a depth of 1.5 mm, 3 mm (dermis), 4.5 mm (SMAS), 6 mm and 13 mm (subcutaneous fat) in one pass. You can choose one level based on the characteristics of the treated area of skin, or organize alternate exposure at different depths, obtaining a more pronounced, “voluminous” effect. At the heating points, tissue contraction occurs, providing an instant lifting effect. The regeneration and restructuring processes launched during the procedure are completed after 3-6 months, all this time the effect will only increase.
HIFU Transhole Converter

Their development took into account the fact of inevitable formation of cavitation bubbles in the liquid filling the cartridge. Bubbles are dangerous due to focus shift, increase in the area of impact, damage to adjacent tissues, and burns.
